My client is a highly reputable Insurance Broker who have offices across the South-west and pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service to their clients. Due to the company growth, they are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join their team in the Bristol area.
This role is a full-time, permanent position that would require you to be office based. In terms of salary, they are offering up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus a suite of benefits.
The main duties include:-
· Supporting the Branch Manager with day to day tasks
· Manage, train and mentor a team of insurance professionals
· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
· Carry out performance reviews
· Review and improve efficiencies and service levels
· Over see the office day to day
The successful candidate must have:-
· 5 years + experience working in commercial insurance within a broker (essential)
· Cert CII qualification (desirable)
· Ability to manage a team
· In depth knowledge of the commercial insurance market and products
· Proven track record of retention
· Ability to win new business
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
