Our client is a leading, dynamic and ambitious insurance business with branches all over the UK. The organisation offers specialist insurance services throughout the UK and globally and employs a team of exceptional people. They are looking for an Insurance Account Executive to join their growing team in their Leeds office. This is a full time, office based role and they are offering a generous salary (dependent on experience).
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a book of Commercial Insurance business. The main duties include, developing new business, networking overseeing the successful processing of client renewals, claims management and ensuring that all clients are successfully managed. Providing exceptional service to your customers is paramount.
There is also an opportunity to provide guidance to colleagues and a genuine promotion path.
The successful candidate must have;
- Experience in dealing with and developing Commercial Insurance business
- Proven track record of sales success
- Proven track record of retention
- Natural flair for business development through relationship building
- Knowledge of commercial products and insurance market
- Excellent customer service skills
- Passion for customer services and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
