They are seeking a SME Account Handler on a full-time, permanent basis to work out of their Leicester office.
In terms of salary, they are offering between £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service delivery to all SME Commercial Insurance customers. The main duties include, processing of new business, processing renewals and carrying out mid-term adjustments and responding to general queries. Providing exceptional service to your customers is paramount.
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience in dealing with SME Insurance business
- Acturis experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Excellent administrative skills and background
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record of retention
- Passion for customer services and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
